Hab 2:3
It is a fact that Jews are the world's wealthiest people group. God spoke to Abraham, the first Jew, and blessed him. "I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you. And I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." Genesis 12:2-3.
Subsequently, God added more blessings to this initial one. These promises form the foundation that causes wealth, naturally and supernaturally, to flow to the Jewish nation. In the beginning God chose the Jewish nation to be the recipient of His wealth on earth "to confirm His covenant." So, let us be clear, the blessing of Abraham is all about wealth!
The Old Testament used "wealth" somewhat differently than we do today. Wealth meant "fat (from everything one has), heavy laden with finances, gold, silver, livestock, etc. They were also blessed with many offsprings, a happy life, good health, much merriment, contentment, and not lacking in anything." To me this sounds like our modern day version of "the good life."
Even though Jews represent only 2% of the U.S. population, of the top 40 richest people rated by Forbes magazine, 40% are Jewish. In its classification of people groups, the IRS has no Jewish classification listed under "Poor." ("There shall be no poor among you.") In His "Blessing of Abraham," God, Himself, places such a wealth blessing on His people that they have been, are, and will be the wealthiest people on the earth.
Even though Christians see the Jews' wealth, they have never understood that God pronounced the blessing upon them centuries ago and that this blessing has been passed on to us through our faith. Galatians 3:13-14 says, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:7-9 says, "Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham... So, those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham." (Emphasis mine.)
Christians have the "Blessings of Abraham," but they don't know or accept it. Somehow this wealth anointing has failed to be recognized and received by the Christian community. This website is dedicated to teaching the church worldwide of our inheritance of wealth in God and Jesus Christ!
Christian Treasury International (CTI) is a philanthropic organization of Christian business people dedicated to financially promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ. Its main purpose is to unite charitable business people with projects that need immediate, and generally, significant financial input that may be beyond the scope and timeline of other organizations, churches, or denominations. CTI provides a vehicle for these types of charitable gifts to meet the needs of the gospel that may not have other direct means of support.
